T& Jae have been in the logistcs industry for over 15 years — not on the sidelines, but behind the wheel, in the dispatch seat, and managing a profitable fleet. As amarried couple in a business Partnership, they came in and built systems, spreadsheet models, and cash flow frameworks that actually keep a trucking business alive past year two.

We started the BAOO program because we kept watching good drivers get out there, land their authority, and fail — not because they couldn't drive, but because nobody taught them the business side. How long does the course take?

BAOO is a live weekly program taught by T & Jae — not pre-recorded content you watch alone. Replays drop within 24 hours for every session, so you can catch up on your schedule. Most people move through the material in a few weeks, but there's no hard deadline. The tools and Private Academy access are ongoing.

Is this only for people who want to be owner operators?

BAOO is built around the owner operator path, but the financial and business frameworks apply to anyone building a carrier operation, whether you're planning one truck or ten.
